Phase I of Zhengzhou Metro Line 10, Zhengzhou’s first fully automatic operation metro line,
officially opened for service at 11:58 today.
Project Overview
Phase I of Line 10 is an urban express line radiating from central Zhengzhou to the western new town. Starting at Zhengzhou West Railway Station and terminating at Zhengzhou Railway Station, the line has a total length of 21.849 km with 12 fully underground stations. It connects Xingyang, the Zhongyuan West Road business district and the old town area, linking two major transportation hubs: Zhengzhou Railway Station and Zhengzhou West Railway Station, bringing greater convenience and efficiency for passengers.
ZTRS’s Contribution
Phase I of Line 10 is also Zhengzhou’s first fully automatic operation metro line. By adopting computer, communication and system integration technologies, core systems including communications, signaling, platform screen doors and rolling stock are equipped with coordinated control and emergency linkage functions to realize fully automatic operation.
ZTRS undertook the communication system construction for this project, delivering 16 subsystems for Phase I of Metro Line 10, including dedicated transmission, dedicated wireless, administrative telephone, dedicated telephone, public address, clock system, integrated power supply, intelligent maintenance, office automation, passenger information, police transmission, police wireless communication, police video surveillance, police computer network, police telephone and police communication power supply. Among them, the intelligent maintenance system adopts ZTRS’s new-generation intelligent O&M product.
To date, ZTRS has supported six lines of Zhengzhou Metro: Line 1, Line 2, Suburban Line, Line 8, Line 14 and Line 10.
Introduction to New-generation Intelligent O&M Product
ZTRS’s new-generation intelligent O&M product enables centralized monitoring of subsystems of the dedicated communication system, including transmission, administrative telephone, dedicated telephone, dedicated wireless, public address, clock, passenger information, power supply and video surveillance. It comprehensively monitors equipment operating status, fault alarms and performance indicators, conducts intelligent analysis and mining of equipment data, diagnoses and locates equipment faults, intelligently perceives and predicts equipment operation trends, issues safety early warnings for operational risks, realizes closed-loop full-lifecycle management, and supports the transition of maintenance mode to condition-based maintenance.
Unified Collection & Comprehensive Monitoring
Relying on mature modeling capability and indicator collection adaptation capability, the system realizes real-time status monitoring of communication equipment across the entire line. Multiple topologies and views visualize operating status to provide data support for rapid troubleshooting and effectively improve O&M efficiency.
Deep Learning & Intelligent Diagnosis
Based on the knowledge base and knowledge reasoning algorithms, the system performs intelligent fault diagnosis on real-time alarm messages and locates system faults. Machine learning algorithms are deployed to identify root causes of faults and recommend possible triggers, helping maintenance staff pinpoint the fundamental reasons for faults and outages in real time and improve the availability of production services.
Intelligent Analysis & Trend Prediction
The system builds a full-perception framework for operational data and hidden risks to conduct status trend analysis and prediction for equipment and facilities. Combined with equipment status assessment, it predicts potential hazards and actively triggers timely alarms in case of abnormal fluctuations, sudden changes or threshold violations in monitored data.
