ZTRS has independently developed an Intelligent O&M (Operations & Maintenance) System based on the specific scenarios and needs of rail transit. Through digital and intelligent methods, the system standardizes equipment operating data and routine maintenance data. It comprehensively monitors equipment status, fault alarms, operational logs, and performance indicators. The system performs in-depth monitoring and analysis of equipment data, provides intelligent diagnosis and localization of faults, intelligently senses and predicts operational trends, and standardizes routine inspection and repair workflows. This allows for the development of optimized maintenance strategies, provides early warnings for operational risks, and creates a closed-loop management system covering the entire equipment lifecycle, supporting the transition to a Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) model.

Customer Benefits
  • By building an intelligent O&M awareness system, we continuously improve and strengthen the online monitoring capabilities of system equipment. This establishes a comprehensive, real-time, accurate, and centralized intelligent supervision system for equipment O&M. This enables automated diagnosis and assessment of equipment health and ultimately achieves a high standard of Condition-Based Maintenance.

  • By creating a unified equipment model, we establish a central data warehouse for full-lifecycle equipment management. This system automatically aggregates dynamic data from all business processes on top of static data, enabling multi-dimensional queries and statistics, historical data management for the entire O&M process, and data support for production and maintenance management, thus achieving standardized, full-lifecycle management of all equipment.

Solution
The system is composed of five major centers: Operations Monitoring, Fault Diagnosis, Intelligent Analysis, Maintenance Production, and Emergency Management. Leveraging advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, edge computing, and the Internet of Things (IoT), it integrates people, assets, the environment, and management processes. This establishes a digital, visual, information-based, and intelligent operational assurance system to ensure the reliable operation of all systems and improve the safety and efficiency of O&M tasks.
