On May 28, 2026, the ZTE 2026 Industrial Digital Intelligence Ecological Forum themed “AIOS · Toward the Future” was held at ZTE Corporation’s global headquarters in Shenzhen. As a key participant, ZTRS delivered a keynote speech, fully presenting its 28 years of technological accumulation and mature digital transformation achievements in the rail transit industry.
The speech focused on ZTRS’s full-stack and full-scenario solutions tailored for urban rail transit scenarios, covering intelligent security, intelligent operation and maintenance, converged communication, urban rail cloud and industrial internet systems.
Intelligent Security System
Integrating digital twin, BIM, 3D panoramic mapping and AI visual analysis technologies, the system enables visualized emergency response, intelligent risk prediction and integrated linkage of on-site resources, realizing comprehensive, precise and proactive security management for rail transit operation scenarios.
Intelligent O&M System
By integrating equipment status monitoring and performance operation data, and adopting the innovative technical combination of “urban rail communication small model + Nebula transportation large model”, the system supports intelligent fault diagnosis, intelligent Q&A and data inquiry functions. It has achieved commercial application on multiple metro lines in cities including Xiamen and Qingdao, effectively improving rail operation and maintenance efficiency.
Converged Communication System
The system breaks isolated information barriers, realizes unified scheduling of multi-services such as video surveillance and voice calls, and supports GIS and 3D visualized touch operation, building an efficient, unified and collaborative communication scheduling platform for rail transit operation.
Urban Rail Cloud & Industrial Internet
ZTRS provides independently controllable core products including cloud platforms, industrial switches, industrial wireless equipment and industrial gateways, supporting the large-scale implementation of network-level video cloud systems and integrated network management projects for urban rail transit.

Hangzhou Metro Network Video Cloud Project
Combining ZTE cloud platform and big data technologies, the project realizes unified cloud access and cross-line sharing of video resources across all 14 metro lines in Hangzhou, significantly reducing redundant construction costs and improving overall resource utilization efficiency.
Xiamen Metro Network Integrated Network Management Project
As the industry’s first intelligent communication O&M project, it achieves cost reduction and efficiency improvement through integrated network management and AI analysis technologies, and was awarded the Silver Award at the International Inventions Exhibition.
Large Model Integrated Application
Cooperating with ZTE’s computer vision large model and language large model, ZTRS has built closed-loop intelligent application scenarios including intelligent alarm for irregular maintenance operations and intelligent data querying, which have been commercially deployed in multiple rail transit projects.
ZTRS maintains in-depth strategic collaboration with ZTE Corporation. Centering on the “product + integration” dual-core model, the two parties carry out in-depth cooperation in brand building, project delivery, solution iteration and business coordination.
