Shenzhen Metro Line 16 will be the first line of Shenzhen Metro adopting fully automatic driving technology. The total length of Phase I and Phase II reaches 38.66 km with 32 stations along the entire route. Upon completion, Line 16 will realize rapid connectivity between Longgang District and Pingshan District and accelerate the implementation of Shenzhen’s Eastward Development Strategy.
The awarded project covers systems and equipment including transmission system, administrative telephone system, dedicated telephone system, clock system, public address system, centralized alarm system, LTE integrated bearer network system, LTE broadband trunking system, recording system, on-board information system, 800M dedicated wireless system, leaky cables, optical and power cables. Given the adoption of fully automatic driving, the line imposes extremely high requirements on product reliability.
