2024 Davos! ZTRS Assists Dalian Metro in Ensuring Communication Security

From June 25 to 27, 2024, the Summer Davos Forum was successfully held in Dalian, Liaoning. Under the theme "The New Frontiers for Future Growth," this Summer Davos Forum attracted over 1,700 representatives from more than 100 countries and regions worldwide. This marks the eighth time the forum has been held in this coastal city of Dalian, presenting an exceptional opportunity for Dalian to showcase its urban image internationally.

On June 3, 2024, ZTRS received a written work invitation from Dalian Metro Operation Company to collaborate with the operating unit in organizing safety hazard inspections of key equipment and software for communication subsystems before the "Davos" Forum, ensuring stable and secure communication systems during the event. After receiving the invitation, ZTRS strictly followed Dalian Metro's work arrangements and requirements, actively organized relevant personnel to formulate detailed communication assurance plans, and fully advanced all assurance tasks. We established an assurance organizational structure covering planning coordination, construction support, and system assurance, finalized personnel assignments with individual responsibilities, implemented strict assurance measures, and prepared corresponding spare parts and instruments.

Before the "Davos" Forum, personnel were arranged to cooperate with the operating unit in conducting equipment inspections station by station at control centers, stations, and depots. This included 14 subsystems: Transmission Subsystem, Administrative Telephone Subsystem, Dedicated Telephone System, Wireless Communication Subsystem, Broadcast Subsystem, Clock Subsystem, Video Surveillance Subsystem, Integrated Display Subsystem, Access Control Subsystem, Security Subsystem, Passenger Information Subsystem, Structured Cabling Subsystem, Centralized Alarm Subsystem, and Power Supply Subsystem. Existing faults were resolved through inspections, and emergency response measures were developed for potential risks.

During the "Davos" Forum, a combined approach of on-site stationed personnel and remote technical team support was adopted. Coordinating with the metro operating company's Signaling & Communication Center, regular inspections of network management and terminal equipment were conducted, with continuous risk monitoring, ultimately completing the task successfully.

为Throughout the three-day "Davos" Forum, no failure incidents occurred in systems managed by ZTRS. The safe operation of the metro enabled Dalian to showcase its beautiful urban image to the world more effectively. ZTRS' performance earned high praise from Dalian Metro, which issued a written commendation to the company immediately after the assurance activities concluded.

This assurance task fully demonstrated ZTRS' technical expertise and responsiveness. As China's leading urban rail transit ICT technology brand, ZTRS will continue technological innovation, create value for customers, and provide the safest ICT technical assurance for Dalian Metro and metro operators nationwide.
