The conference officially opened on June 12. As China’s No.1 brand for rail transit communications, ZTRS ranked first in the communication general contracting market for two consecutive years (2021–2022). In recent years, ZTRS has intensified efforts and achieved continuous breakthroughs in intelligent security, intelligent O&M, intelligent interconnection, urban rail cloud and smart stations. At this event, Yang Li, Marketing Director of ZTRS, was invited to deliver a speech at the Intelligent O&M Forum, introducing ZTRS’s flagship rail transit product — the Intelligent O&M System.

(Intelligent O&M System Presentation)

At present, rail transit equipment O&M is hampered by inadequate real-time operational data collection, insufficient tools for multi-system integrated data governance and mining, and the lack of rapid fault diagnosis tools and closed-loop fault management. The industry still relies heavily on manual work, leading to low efficiency and high costs. With the explosive expansion of rail transit networks across cities, equipment maintenance is facing unprecedented challenges. Powered by digital and intelligent technologies, ZTRS Intelligent O&M Platform conducts comprehensive real-time monitoring of equipment operational and maintenance parameters. It realizes standardized governance of basic equipment operational data and routine maintenance records, and builds a complete O&M knowledge graph to greatly boost fault handling efficiency. Combined with informatized management of equipment maintenance workflows, the platform adopts full-lifecycle closed-loop management and AI-based big data analysis to enable intelligent analysis and decision-making as well as cross-disciplinary, end-to-end comprehensive application.

(Intelligent O&M System)

Developed based on ZTRS’s rich experience in China’s urban rail transit construction, the Intelligent O&M Platform conducts in-depth mining of network-wide equipment basic data, operational data, maintenance data, environmental data and alarm data. It evaluates and manages equipment status, health level and lifecycle, issues safety early warnings for operational risks, develops maintenance and optimization strategies for assets, and supports the transition of maintenance mode to condition-based maintenance. To date, ZTRS Intelligent O&M Platform has been deployed on multiple lines including Shanghai Metro, Zhengzhou Metro, Qingdao Metro, Xiamen Metro and Wuhu Rail Transit.
