On August 21, Guangzhou Metro held an award ceremony at the Wanshengwei Operation Headquarters to recognize outstanding contractors of outsourced maintenance projects for 2019. Liu Jumei, General Manager of Guangzhou Metro Operation Headquarters, attended the ceremony and presented certificates of honor to the winning organizations and individuals.
At the event, ZTRS was awarded the title of Excellent Outsourced Maintenance Project Contractor of Guangzhou Metro for 2019, marking the second consecutive year receiving this honor. Meanwhile, Ye Jianxin, an employee of ZTRS, was recognized for his conscientious and pragmatic work style acknowledged by the customer and won the honorary title of Advanced Individual in Maintenance Service.
The renovation project of Guangzhou Metro Line 1 features high complexity and a long construction period, imposing stringent requirements on the service capability of the contractor. Since winning the bid, the Guangzhou project team has actively implemented integrated pre-sales and after-sales services and collaborated closely with account managers. With professional services and dedicated attitudes, the team has won recognition from the owner.
The award received for two consecutive years represents Guangzhou Metro’s affirmation of ZTRS project team’s work.
