From April 13-15, 2018, the China (International) Smart Rail Transit Conference was held in Beijing. Focusing on three domains—"Information & Communications," "Smart O&M," and "Fully Automated Operation"—the event gathered domestic and international metro operators, design institutes, industry leaders, and experts to discuss innovations in smart rail transit amid trends like "Internet+," "Artificial Intelligence," "Big Data," and "Cloud Computing."

Cloud computing expert Ke Yuanbing delivered a keynote speech titled "ZTE Rail Cloud: Enabling Comprehensive Digital Transformation & Practice Sharing." He introduced ZTE’s rail cloud computing solutions and big data platform, showcasing practical applications in rail transit that garnered significant attention and acclaim.
Zheng Yanguang, Product General Manager of Smart O&M, presented "ZTE Smart Rail: Integrated Equipment O&M Informatization Strategy" at the sub-forum. He detailed ZTE’s informatization approach for smart O&M, emphasizing IoT, BIM, and big data innovations—sparking strong interest among operators.
During the conference’s awards ceremony, ZTE’s iPAS Smart O&M product received the "2017 Outstanding Application Case Award in China’s Smart Rail Transit."
